In this role you will be front facing to our members and representing the Food and Beverage team in our Clubhouse. This role is pivotal in promoting member enjoyment at our facility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESShow commitment to providing an exceptional club experience to all members, aligned with Jericho Tennis Club values.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for Club Members and Guests.Process multiple transactions for our food and beverage team in a quick and accurate manner.Maintain a clean, presentable and fully stocked bar at all times,



in line with Club standards.Monitor member alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.Deep knowledge of the Club’s menu offerings for both food and drink.Other duties as assigned, including opening and closing and covering for other positions as needed.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEExcellent customer focus and orientation.1 to 2 years’ experience in a bartending and dining environment.Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.Knowledge of, or ability to learn cash handling best practices.Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.Ability to work for several hours walking, and standing in summer conditions, able to lift 50 pounds.Food secure certified, up to date, and valid Serving it Right Certificate is required.JOIN US!Jericho Tennis Club is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
