The OpportunityReporting to the Director of Internal Reporting & Systems, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of month‑end close, including the review of account reconciliations and journal entries. The position also supports finance system transformation initiatives and leads the consolidation and reporting of operating unit results, including the preparation of monthly internal management reports and financial statements.CompensationBase pay: $96,000 - $141,000 CAD annually. Eligible for annual short‑term incentive.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting.Support redesign of department processes and implement best practices.Review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.Oversee preparation of monthly management reporting.Ensure month‑end activities are performed on‑time for hand‑off to external consolidation team.Act as liaison with internal and external auditors, coordinating reviews and managing deliverables.Help manage and standardize accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions at local units.Prepare tax reporting packages for tax team year‑end provisions and filings.Manage monthly timelines for financial close process,
