As a Lead Hand reporting to the Fixed Plant Supervisor, you will lead preventative maintenance efforts and troubleshoot equipment issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce safety standards and procedures
• Maintain and repair machinery for effective operations
• Follow preventative and predictive maintenance programs




• Troubleshoot breakdowns immediately as they occur
• Input into maintenance systems and spare parts programs
Requirements:
• Interprovincial Millwright Trade Certification
• Minimum 2 years in a Lead Hand role in mining
• Ability to work in a remote camp setting
• Comfortable in high-performance, close-quarter environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
