Position Objective: Win O&M; service contracts and support project sales by delivering comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M;) service solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Design, maintain, and update the company’s O&M; service offerings;
- Acquire and accurately understand client requirements;
- Review and provide feedback on project RFPs;
- Develop tailored O&M; solutions for specific projects;
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies;
- Provide technical input for project cost accounting and allocation;
- Participate in client interactions to promote the company’s O&M; services;
- Support and/or participate in contract negotiations;
- Recommend O&M; service KPIs and plan initiatives to enhance service quality;
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

- Relevant experience in the wind power industry;
- Proficient and fluent in English
- Solid ability to perform under pressure;
- Open-minded, able to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds;
- Preferred/Additional Qualifications: International experience; educational background in engineering; knowledge in business, finance, or law.
