Job Summary

​We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and is comfortable working at heights. You will be traveling to various beautiful properties throughout the Okanagan and Shuswap, providing top-tier cleaning services and helping our clients protect and beautify their homes.

Responsibilities

- Gutter Cleaning: Safely clearing debris from eavestroughs and ensuring downspouts are flowing properly.
- ​Roof & Moss Treatment: Removing moss and applying treatments to preserve roof lifespans.
- ​House Soft Washing: Washing exterior siding and surfaces safely without high-pressure damage.
- ​Professional Window Cleaning: Delivering streak-free window cleaning for exterior glass.
- ​Seasonal Work: Assisting with the protected installation and takedown of Christmas lights during the holiday season.
- ​Equipment Management: Setting up, taking down, and maintaining ladders, safety harnesses, and cleaning equipment.

Greeting clients politely and representing iClean Services with a professional and friendly attitude.

Qualifications

- Comfortable with Heights: This is an absolute must! You will frequently be working on ladders and walking on roofs.
- ​Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders repeatedly, and perform physical labor outdoors in varying Okanagan weather conditions.
- ​Driver’s License: A valid Class 5 BC driver’s license with a reliable way to get to work (or a clean driving record if driving the company vehicle).
- ​Safety-Minded: Willingness to follow strict safety protocols, including Fall Protection procedures. (Fall Protection certification is a major asset!).
- ​Experience: Previous experience in exterior cleaning, roofing, painting, or general construction is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
