We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our team representing TELUS/Koodo. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored wireless solutions. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services that meet their needs
- Maintaining relationships with inbound and outbound clients
- Demonstrate product features and perform product demos to educate customers about device capabilities and plans
- Updating CRM daily
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness




- Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with customers and support ongoing engagement

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
- Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service roles
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations (POS) systems
- Proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product displays
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell products tactfully
- Phone etiquette skills for professional follow-up communication
- Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for engaging with a broader customer base
