You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dedicated team of professionals.You’ll play a key role in ensuring our commuter coaches and locomotives are ready to provide reliable, safe, and efficient service. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Equipment Maintainers, Electrical and Mechanical Technicians), plan and organize work schedules, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within maintenance guidelines.You’ll specifically take care of assigning staff to trip, brake tests, and servicing equipment for revenue train service, and oversee the timely repair and maintenance processes.We’ll look to you for:Reviewing workloads and assigning appropriate staff to complete repairs, maintenance, and inspections in a timely fashionMonitoring equipment servicing and repairs by auditing staff and completed tasksEnsuring appropriate materials are on‑site to expedite repairsPlanning work schedules and assignments to ensure compliance with maintenance guidelinesMonitoring work order completion using Maximo and managing employee timekeeping using KronosLeading and supporting your team to achieve operational excellenceAll About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience. medical, pension)CompensationThe expected compensation for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
