You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll contribute to impactful projects, helping to solve technical challenges and improve the performance and safety of our vehicles. Day‐to‐day, you'll work closely with teams across the business ( Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management ), participate in design reviews and validation processes, and support change management initiatives, among other responsibilities.You'll specifically take care of root cause analysis of service failures, but also review supplier technical documentation and assist with vehicle modification activities .We'll look to you for:Supporting technical problem‐solving related to vehiclesProposing equipment modifications to improve safety, customer experience,
and reliabilityParticipating in design reviews, project planning, and quality assurance activitiesCompleting root cause analysis (RCA) of service failuresAnalyzing data and making actionable recommendationsCollaborating with different departments to achieve desired outcomesPreparing project timelines and producing engineering reportsAttending and presenting at meetings with customersAssisting or leading vehicle modification activitiesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
