This position helps support the planning for restoration, public land, and private land tree planting teams with GIS mapping, project site visits and data collection, project applications, planting file organization, and some project implementation field work.Major Responsibilities:Assists with the coordination of ecological restoration planting, private land planting, and forestry management projects and programs including development of restoration plans, planting plans, invasive species management plans, and forestry management plansAssists with the coordination of tree & shrub planting site assessments and preparation of technical reports in support of project communications and deliverablesProvides technical support in the planning, GIS map development and development of planting and other restoration projectsParticipates in daily safety meetings including tailgate meetings, hazard identification and emergency planning when on site as requiredProvides administrative support on project start up, development,
