Key responsibilities include:Contact past-due customers via phone, email, or written communication to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangementsBuild qualified relationships with clients while educating them on payment solutions and best practicesMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactionsAccurately update customer accounts and document call activities and payment agreementsHandle objections and difficult conversations while adhering to regulatory standards and company policiesWork closely with internal teams to resolve account issues and support collections processesMeet individual collection targets and contribute to overall department performance and company goalsRequirements2+ years of third-party collections experience1+ year of call center experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and bilingualStrong basic math skills and attention to detailAbility to pass a background checkStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentNCRi welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
