Since our origination, we have been pioneers in research, design, production and sale of state-of-the-art insulated metal panels (IMPs) for institutional, commercial, industrial and cold storage buildings.We are a championship team that creates great building solutions and achieves proven performance by delivering on our core values and demonstrating our key attributes.ON BEHALF OF NUCOR INSULATED PANEL GROUPThe Shipping & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team across shipping, receiving, trim parts production, and yard operations to ensure materials and finished goods flow safely, accurately, and efficiently through the facility.This role owns end-to-end logistics coordination, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier management, imports/exports, and internal material flow. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who drives performance through people, establishes clear expectations, and ensures consistent execution across all areas of responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team across shipping, receiving, yard, and trim operationsBuild and reinforce a strong safety culture by leading safe work practices and addressing risks immediatelyDrive daily execution to meet shipping schedules, production demands, and customer requirementsCoordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports, exports,



and carrier schedulingOversee trim parts production to ensure materials meet specifications and timelinesManage yard operations, including material flow, staging, and inventory accuracyEstablish structure and accountability within the team through clear expectations, prioritization, and follow-throughIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce wastePartner cross-functionally with production, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and executionMaintain strong relationships with carriers and ensure compliance with shipping and export requirementsUtilize ERP systems (D365 preferred) to manage workflows, track shipments, and support operational visibilityCulture & Leadership ExpectationsLeading with honesty, respect, and direct communicationDeveloping teammates through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunitiesCreating an environment where teammates take ownership of safety, quality, and resultsDriving continuous improvement and operational excellenceSafety is the most important part of all jobs at Nucor.
