The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who drives performance through people, establishes clear expectations, and ensures consistent execution across all areas of responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team across shipping, receiving, yard, and trim operationsBuild and reinforce a strong safety culture by leading safe work practices and addressing risks immediatelyDrive daily execution to meet shipping schedules, production demands, and customer requirementsCoordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports, exports,
