The incumbent engages in daily discussions and negotiations with contractors, consultants and the Client‑Partners about quality of work, interpretation of contract documents, scope changes, progress claim reviews and other issues. As a support base, it provides administrative, operational, and logistical services to more than 113 units across multiple sites and armouries and supports NORAD fighter operations as required. 17 Wing Winnipeg proudly supports both 1 and 2 Canadian Air Divisions as lodger units.Security ClearanceTo begin a career with Defence Construction Canada (DCC), you must be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
