Key accountabilities include:Traveling to various locations throughout Edmonton using an EPCOR or personal vehicleWalking and/or driving assigned routes to collect manual, touchpad, and radio frequency meter readings in all weather conditionsUsing handheld devices, mobile applications, and meter‑reading equipmentGaining access to residential, commercial, and industrial properties to complete readingsIdentifying and reporting site‑specific safety or access issues for follow‑upRecording and updating site information for tracking and documentationProviding a high level of customer service, including leaving notices and responding to general inquiriesContributing to a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, reporting near misses,
