Job DescriptionUnion:Non-UnionNew or Replacement:ReplacementSite:Toronto General HospitalDepartment:Ambulatory Multi Organ TransplantReports to:ManagerWage Range:$45.85 - $57.31 per hourHours:37.5 Hours per WeekShifts:Monday to FridayStatus:Temporary Full-Time (End Date ~ April 9, 2027)Closing Date:May 28, 2026DutiesUtilize and apply current specialized knowledge and expertise on recent advances in nursing practice to facilitate the effective management of clinical activities, the coordination of patient care across the continuum, and continuity in patient care management.Perform patient care responsibilities; perform teaching/educational responsibilities.Participate actively in Quality Improvement initiatives; participate in academicand research activities/projects.Perform administrative responsibilities; perform cross‑functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested.QualificationsBachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.Completion of a recognized master’s degree nursing program preferred.Certificate of competency (licensure) from the College of Nurses of Ontario.Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) program, Level II Rescuer certification.Up to three (3) years of relevant experience, including experience working in an advanced practice role.Experience in Transplant nursing preferred.Effective organizational,
