ThinkRF Corp in Kanata North, Ottawa is seeking an experienced ML/AI Engineer to own the RF Intelligence pipeline and ship production ML systems in collaboration with cloud and signal teams. You will drive measurable improvements in accuracy and performance, ensure monitoring, versioning and reproducibility from prototype to production, and apply advanced Python, ML libraries, and AWS tools. Hybrid role (Kanata North) with base CAD 130K–150K and uncapped commission (OTE CAD 190K–220K).
