Our client is a well established Canadian real estate owner and manager with a strong residential portfolio across the country. They are looking to add a driven leasing agent to their Calgary team to support five sites.Your New RoleYou will be on the road and on the front line, leasing units across five residential sites in the city. The role is more sales than admin, you'll own the full leasing cycle. Your duties will include be showing suites, qualifying prospects, closing leases and managing renewals. You'll respond to phone, email and online rental inquiries in a timely way, book and conduct suite tours, qualify prospects, run credit and reference checks and process applications, Prepare lease agreements and walk new residents through move in, Manage the renewal process with existing residents and work to retain them and much more.What You'll Need to SucceedYou will not need direct leasing experience for this one, but if you have it, great.



What matters more is a real sales background and the drive to chase results. If you are ambitious, motivated by hitting targets and comfortable putting yourself in front of people, you can be trained on the rest.A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are a must as you will be driving between sites.What You Will Get in ReturnYou will receive a base salary of up to $53,000, perks, vacation, RRSP matching and a host of other perks. Leasing incentives include $100 commission per new lease and $50 per renewal, with potential to double in slower seasons.
