Director of Business Development Defense and Corporate ServicesFull-time, Province: ON, Compensation: CAD 103,000 - CAD 123,000 per year, Bonus AIP Eligible.Role OverviewAs the Director of Business Development, you will support the Defense Segment, Government and Corrections, segments for Canada. This national role based in the GTA Region will target account development for Food and Facilities Management services in key sectors, help grow new business revenue, and manage outbound outreach to new clients to pre‑qualify, build, and nurture pipeline for Segment Sales.ResponsibilitiesWork on outbound account‑based campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Sales.Identify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, web, social, and internal systems.Represent Sodexo at trade shows and relevant business and partnership fairs.Advance and close transactional sales through high‑velocity engagements within a mid to large sized target market.Attend, participate, and present in Team, Segment, and other relevant recurring meetings.Qualifications5‑7 years of solid experience selling to C‑Suite stakeholders.Experience selling food services, facilities management, or property management services, or comparable services.Experience in the Defense Department, Government Federal/Provincial and Corrections sector is an asset.Experience responding to complex RFPs with large‑volume, multi‑service,
