OverviewAccounts Receivable Representative (6-Month Contract)Location: Onsite | Concord, ONSchedule: Monday-Friday, Full-TimeHours: 8:30am – 5:00pmContract Length: 6 MonthsPay Rate: $24-$25 per hourResponsibilitiesProcessing invoices, credit notes, and incoming electronic paymentsReconciling customer accounts and investigating billing discrepanciesAssisting with collections activities and responding to customer inquiriesPreparing weekly statements and supporting month-end reportingProviding documentation for audits and internal requestsCollaborating with internal departments to confirm account statusQualificationsUp to 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, ideally in a high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reconciliationsProficiency with MS Excel and WordAbility to work efficiently in a quick-paced,
