You’ll be the first point of contact for our studio and help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. Please note that this is an on‑site position, requiring five days per week at our Vancouver studio.Welcoming guests, candidates, and vendors, and managing the studio phone lineHandling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipmentsAssisting with facilities tasks such as checking inventory and stocking supplies, vendor management, and keeping shared spaces tidyEnsuring confidentiality protocol is followed, including having visitors sign NDAs, clearly explaining requirements, and escorting guests to the appropriate areasLifting and moving boxes, packages, and assisting with desk movesCoordinate and order studio meals and refreshmentsAssist with ad hoc admin tasks as neededWHO WE’RE LOOKING FORStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle and take ownership of multiple tasksPunctual and reliable, with a solid sense of accountabilityDemonstrates excellent judgement, discretion,
