Job Title: Application Production Support, Asset Finance and Securitization Platform
Location: Montreal, QC/Onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Salary Range: C$40 - 50/hr. on T4

Introduction

Provide application and technical support to the critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital, and Asset Finance and Securitization applications. Act as a subject matter expert on application architecture, disaster recovery, and infrastructure integration. Follow Information security and adhere to the governance framework for the applications on the platform. Participate in application security-related projects and manage server obsolescence and vulnerabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
- Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines
- Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities, and Asset-backed Securities business lines
- Must have at least one of Shell/Perl/Batch/Python scripting skills




- Prior work experience in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Good understanding of Java J2EE applications
- Good to have infrastructure, MQ, Websphere, Tomcat knowledge
- Good to have ITIL foundation knowledge/certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, and change management including application deployments
- Supporting data flows between Credit, Working Capital, and Asset Finance and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems
- Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing
