This individual will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence across retail, residential, and common area operations while supporting the continued growth and evolution of the asset.The ideal candidate is proactive, hands‑on, solutions‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced setting. This role requires someone who can balance strategic operational oversight with the ability to support daily property operations and tenant needs.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding OperationsOversee preventative maintenance programs for all building systems including HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, security systems, surveillance systems, and site equipmentConduct regular inspections of the property including common areas, parkades, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and exterior spacesProvide leadership, coaching, and support to operations staff, contractors, custodial teams,



and security personnelAssist with operational support for marketing initiatives, events, seasonal décor, and property activationsParticipate in after‑hours and weekend on‑call responsibilities as requiredOversee tenant service requests, repairs, moves, and tenant improvement coordinationReview tenant plans and drawings to ensure compliance with building standards and operational requirementsMaintain strong tenant relationships through responsive communication and service deliveryCoordinate with development and construction teams regarding tenant fit‑outs and operational impactsHealth, Safety & Environmental ManagementEnsure compliance with all applicable building codes, WorkSafeBC regulations, and company health & safety policiesSupport emergency preparedness, risk management, sustainability initiatives, and energy management programsLead investigations and follow‑up related to operational, environmental, or safety incidentsFacilitate OH&S meetings and oversee reporting processesBudgeting, Contracts & Vendor ManagementAssist in the preparation and management of annual operating and capital budgetsMonitor monthly variances and support forecasting processesOversee third‑party service contracts and vendor performanceSupport tendering, RFP processes, invoice approvals,
