This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, innovative, and financially sustainable dining program across multiple outlets, including retail, branded concepts, and catering operations.This position requires a strong operational leader who can balance client expectations, student engagement, financial performance, and team development in a fast-paced campus environment.Culinary experiences and well‐maintained environments are fundamental to student success.From brain‐powering ingredients to comforting flavor combinations, nutritious food doesn't have to be boring. Aramark chefs and dietitians are constantly reviewing the latest insights and food trends to find the next culinary innovation and help students discover their love of food.We partner with you to enhance the student experience, support parents, and collaborate with administration, all while delivering on the expectations of parents and the community.Job ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee daily operations across all food outlets (including food court with branded and proprietary concepts)Ensure speed of service, product quality, and consistencyMaintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standardsExecute Aramark programs and service excellence standardsFinancial Performance & AccountabilityOwn full P&L responsibility across all locationsManage food cost, labour cost, waste,
and inventoryDrive revenue through menu strategy and promotionsAnalyze sales trends and adjust business strategiesClient & Campus EngagementAct as primary liaison with SAIT stakeholdersLead Partnership Business Reviews (PBRs)Align programs with student needs and campus trendsSupport sustainability and food security initiativesIntroduce new concepts, pop‐ups, and programsDrive adoption of kiosks, mobile ordering, and digital menusContinuously improve guest experienceLead and develop a multi‐unit teamBuild a culture of accountability and ownershipIdentify and develop future leadersEnsure effective staffing and trainingReporting & ComplianceEnsure accurate reporting and complianceMaintain health, safety, and operational standardsMonitor KPIs including sales, transactions, and satisfactionQualifications5–7+ years of leadership experience in multi‐unit food service or campus diningStrong understanding of high‐volume retail and branded food operationsProven P&L management and profitability experienceExperience working with institutional clientsStrong leadership, communication,
