Imagine Maintenance is a leading property maint company with a 25 plus year history operating in metro Vancouver and serving all of BC and Alberta.

We provide services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, exterior building maintenance, and a whole lot more partnering with our associated divisions in facilities maintenance and janitorial cleaning. We are a 360 degree organization with our operations office in Burnaby along Marine Way and Boundary Road. (This is where you will start your day.)

At Imagine, here's what a normal day looks like as Working Supervisor in your new outdoor office:

- Morning starts: usually 7am but sometimes later or earlier depending on the job
- Supervising, working with and leading techs to ensure they're efficient and safe while working around people, vehicles, and obstructions within a safety zone
- Jobsites vary: houses, malls, storefronts, townhouses, factories, community centres, commercial spaces, schools, etc
- Manage equipment: harnesses, ladders, ropes, hoses, vacuums, and pressure washers
- Wear fall protection equipment such as harnesses when required




- Project an attitude of pleasant professionalism and confidence to team members, clients and the public while representing our team
- When required: Collect work verifications forms, update our App, and log work hours for the team in our service app
- Ensure company vehicles and tools are clean and organized
- Send out tools for repairs as necessary while performing preventive maintenance during slower times and off-season breaks with our service providers
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Have strong personal hygiene
- Be able to communicate clearly
- Be fit and work smart
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Have a valid Class 5 drivers license and clean driver history
- Please note: This position requires a commute to Burnaby
