We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard / Shop Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting yard operations, including loading, unloading, and managing materials in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Load, unload & move materials, vehicles & trailers using equipment such as skid steer
- Assist tow operators with receiving assets
- Perform tasks to move materials within the yard or warehouse area
- Support distribution processes by organizing inventory and maintaining accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized yard setting to promote safety and efficiency
- Clean garbage & unwanted items from incoming units
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial
- Familiarity with load & unload activities is a plus
- Strong attention to safety protocols when operating machinery and handling materials
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check
- Must be bondable
- Full time position, some extended or off-site hours may be required
