Duties

- Lead energetic and well-structured yoga classes for groups of varying experience levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
- Create inclusive lesson plans that incorporate different styles of yoga to suit the needs of all participants.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help students understand poses, breathing techniques, and alignment.
- Offer personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate individual limitations or injuries.
- Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages mindfulness, self-awareness, and community connection.




- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment by setting up equipment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Track attendance and provide feedback to help students progress in their practice.

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching yoga or related fitness classes with a passion for health education.
- Solid knowledge of various yoga styles, postures, breathing techniques, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate diverse groups of participants.
- Ability to adapt classes for different skill levels and individual needs with patience and professionalism.
