This position works hands‑on with network hardware, cloud networking, unified communications, and application delivery systems while contributing to projects, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements that enhance SAIT’s technology landscape.How You'll ContributeSupport daily network operations by resolving trouble tickets, fulfilling work orders, and maintaining stable network performance.Configure network environments as part of project teams to support server, software, and application connectivity.Optimize network performance by monitoring systems, troubleshooting outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects.Install and maintain network equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless systems, DNS, DHCP, and authentication and authorization tools.Support cloud networking by configuring and maintaining networking components in Azure and AWS.Manage load balancers by configuring and supporting Application Delivery Controllers and load‑balancing solutions.Support unified communications by working with Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya IP Office,
