Ongoing education and certification support for team members who want to deepen their cannabis expertise.Starting wage of $21.00/hr + paid breaks is equivalent to $23.17/hr at jobs with unpaid breaks.Apply online or in person with your availability!ResponsibilitiesOpening & closing the store when needed.Stocking and organizing.Coaching and guiding staff through all duties and responsibilities.Assisting the floor and store managers with their duties.Ensuring that all staff on site are following all rules and regulations as mandated by the LCRB.Looking out for the safety and security of all Cloud Nine staff and clientele while on site.Use judgment to solve customer problems.Answer any questions the customers may have.Maintain store cleanliness as needed to maintain a tidy work environment.Work as a team to reach store goals.Order processing.Qualifications1 year as a supervisor, key holder, or manager.2 years of full‑time customer service experience.Must be 19+ years of age.Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.Good communication skills with customers.Friendly and outgoing personality.Able to problem‑solve as issues arise.Valid selling it right certificate.Can lift boxes weighing around 10lbs.Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged period throughout an 8‑hour shift.Opportunity to move up in the business when positions become available.Employee discounts on all products.Paid breaks 45 minutes total in an 8‑hour shift.Extended perks.Ability to learn/grow cannabis knowledge and hone retail skills in a supportive and friendly environment.Close proximity to bus lines.Starting wage is $21.00/hr.
