The role is based at the North Vancouver Hub, requires flexibility with one evening shift per week, and offers a hybrid option after a three‑month training period.What You’ll DoProvide service and sales across the four pillars of banking—borrowing, investments (including mutual funds), insurance, and general banking. Refer to specialists or branch staff when needed.Conduct outbound calls for sales and service initiatives aimed at client retention and growth.Grant mortgages, consumer loans and other credit applications within assigned lending limits, promote credit insurance and recommend higher‑limit credit to management.Promote and complete sales for investment products (including mutual funds),



and refer to investment specialists as required.Ensure adherence to BlueShore Financial and Solution Centre service/sales standards to maximize business opportunities with internal and external partners.What You’ll Bring1–3 years of directly related financial services experience.Solid understanding of credit products and procedures with experience structuring and granting credit (including mortgages).Mutual funds license is an asset.CompensationAnnual salary range: $59,900 – $70,500.
