The role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, strengthening financial reporting to the Board and Ministry, supporting clinical and operational leaders,



and ensuring financial discipline aligns with Ontario Shores’ recovery‑oriented mission. The Director will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, influencing organizational direction, and contributing to the long‑term sustainability of specialized mental health care.Key Experience & QualificationsCPA‑designated finance leader with progressive experience in healthcare or the broader public sector.Strategic perspective paired with operational discipline, able to translate complex concepts into clear plans and execute with confidence.Experience with hospital or ministry reporting, budgeting, and performance management.Leadership maturity—sound judgment, credibility, and the ability to get things done—along with a collaborative, coaching‑oriented style that builds confidence and capability in others.Proficient at partnering effectively with clinical leaders, research, technology, and peer directors while supporting leaders with varying levels of financial literacy.CompensationSalary range: $141,627 – $166,619.Diversity, Equity, and InclusionOntario Shores is an equal opportunity employer.
