We need someone to occupy our baby for a few hours out of the day, enriching the baby's life with toys and reading. Maybe some extra help with bathing but mostly very light work at this time. Both parents are home all day and need someone in the late morning and afternoon to occupy the baby's time during those hours while the parents are working. Part time 4 hours 5 days a week.
