Requirements:

- BSc., MSc., or PhD in a scientific discipline
- Minimum 15 years of pharma QA experience in regulated industries
- Experience in facility design, validation, and regulatory audits
- Proven track record of driving quality culture change
- Solid leadership and communication skills
