With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, you ensure the Sales Centre and Model Homes are always presented at their best while supporting the team and contributing to a seamless customer journey.What You’ll Be Doing:Act as the first point of contact for prospective purchasers and realtors, delivering a best-in-class customer experience and supporting lead generationWelcome and engage visitors, providing product knowledge on Fusion Homes’ communities, homes, and design offeringsEnsure Sales Centres and Model Homes are consistently presented to the highest standard, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and inventory of materialsProfessionally manage incoming inquiries (phone and email) and support seamless communication with customersSupport administrative functions including documentation, CRM tracking, reporting, and maintaining organized recordsWhat You Bring to the Table:A passion for delivering an exceptional, “white glove” customer experience, with a natural ability to build rapport and create meaningful connectionsStrong communication skills across all channels, with a professional, polished, and engaging presenceHighly organized and detail-oriented,
