TouchBistro is looking for aSenior Financial Analyst – Corporate Accountingto join our Finance & Accounting team in Toronto. In this role, you will focus on revenue accounting, inventory reporting, month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting accuracy.Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Accounting, you will work closely with teams across Financial Reporting, Revenue, Supply Chain, Operations, and external vendors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the details, working with data, improving processes, and helping build scalable accounting workflows in a growing environment.What You’ll Do:Support end-to-end revenue recognition processes, including contract review, deferred revenue schedules, variance investigation, and journal entries in accordance with IFRS 15Lead and support month‑end and year‑end close activities related to revenue recognition, inventory results, reconciliations, and financial reporting accuracyCreate, maintain, and improve inventory reporting, including inventory valuation, obsolescence testing, performance trends, and future‑looking insightsPrepare balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, research discrepancies, resolve issues, and explain variancesAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for process improvementReview and approve vendor invoices and payments, including coordination with Supply Chain when working with third‑party logistics firmsSupport compliance, internal controls, and annual external audit requirements related to inventory, revenue, and financial reportingPartner cross‑functionally with Finance, Revenue, Supply Chain, Operations,



and external hardware vendors to support business decisions and improve accounting workflowsWhat You Bring:4+ years of accounting experiencePrior exposure to revenue, inventory, and accounts payableA CPA designation, or you are close to completionExperience with IFRS, including revenue recognition principlesExperience using accounting and/or billing softwarePrior experience with month‑end close, variance analysis, and reconciliationsExperience working in a multi‑currency environmentStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large data setsA problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutionsThe ability to work with limited oversight, adapt to changing priorities, and dive into the details when neededStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort coordinating across departmentsNice to HavePrior experience in a mid‑size company, preferably in SaaS or manufacturing with a hardware offeringExperience with NetSuite, Zuora, and RevProWorking knowledge of Tableau and/or SQLPrior experience within a public accounting firmAs part of Ontario’s Pay Transparency requirements, TouchBistro is committed to open and equitable compensation practices.
