We work full time and have had our in-laws watching the kids however it would be nice to give them a break. There would be days they can be with grandma and grandpa, and we can work together to make a schedule that makes the kids happy and also manageable and fair to you. They love crafts, bike rides, games, playing outside, they're pretty easy going! We are hunters and with fall coming up, having someone to watch them from early morning to evening would be fantastic. We want to make it fair for everybody, and willing to negotiate terms.
