The Cash Manager interfaces with other store departments to ensure achievement of store objectives and excels in customer service.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeads by example and ensures that cashier staff demonstrate our CORE ValuesInterviews and recommends final candidates for hiring cashiersEnsures cashiers complies with all Store StandardsSchedules cashier staff hours, days off and vacations within established guidelinesTrains employees in job functions and provides on-going coaching and instructionsAssists with completing performance reviews of cashier staff in conjunction with the FSMCustomer ServiceEnsures exceptional customer service is provided beyond expectationEnsures employees present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform PolicyEnsures cashiers ask for PC Optimum Card during each transactionPromotes all company initiatives of PC Optimum, fundraising with customers and employeesIs responsible for cash focused promotions/offersEnsures all cashiers are aware of weekly promotions and scanning code of practiceEnsures lottery trays are to standard, locked,
