This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.Location:Orillia, ONEmployment Type:Full-time, PermanentPay:$65,000–$75,000 (based on experience)Schedule:Monday–FridayWhat You’ll DoManage and maintain the company’s ERP system to support accurate inventory, production, and purchasing processes.Set up and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and work orders to ensure alignment between design and production.Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Finance teams to improve workflows and system functionality.Customize reports, dashboards, and system processes to support day-to-day operations and decision-making.Troubleshoot ERP issues, implement updates, and recommend system improvements.Monitor inventory data and production planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Train internal users on system processes and provide ongoing support as needed.Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, updates, and procedures.Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.What We’re Looking ForPost-secondary education in IT, Engineering,
