Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of our experienced mechanics. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to continue to develop their skills in a hands-on environment, particularly with heavy machinery, equipment, and industrial tools. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on off-road heavy equipment. Efficiently identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate repair priorities and workflow in collaboration with site supervisors. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all service, maintenance, and repair work. Adhere to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Working towards or have obtained a Red Seal Certification is considered an asset. Hands-on experience working with equipment brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, and John Deere. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.



Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment components as required. Able to work independently while accepting direction and feedback when necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. Reliable, physically fit, and committed to producing high-quality work.
