We specialize in delivering high-quality, precision-engineered wall, floor, and roof panels for residential and commercial projects.Position OverviewThe PrimePanel Estimator plays a critical role in the pre-construction process by analyzing architectural drawings, performing accurate takeoffs, and preparing detailed project estimates. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Our ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork, is eager to learn and grow, and demonstrates sound judgment in every decision.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret architectural and structural drawings for panelized construction.Make informed panelization assumptions to complete accurate quantity takeoffs.Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for panels, loose lumber and hardware.Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and logistics.Identify design inconsistencies, missing information, or risks and issue RFIs as required.Support engineered wood product specification (e.G., LSL, TJI) and verify load‑related design inputs.Identify value engineering solutions and cost‑saving alternatives to optimize project budgets.Collaborate with designers, production and suppliers to ensure alignment on scope and pricing.Maintain current knowledge of material pricing, industry trends, panelized construction methods,
