The role involves oversight of the provincial child welfare system, engagement with new and emerging Indigenous Services providers mandated under federal legislation, and the establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with provincial departments, CFS authorities, agencies, advocacy officers, community care providers and community based agencies, often under challenging circumstances.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) preferred; an undergraduate degreein a related discipline will be considered.Case management experience within the child and family service system, including managing service delivery, planning, and evaluating services delivered to clients.Experience working in a child and family services or related environment.Thorough knowledge of child and family services, including the governing and delivery of child protection programming in Manitoba.Experience undertaking research and analysis for policy development and implementation using qualitative and quantitative methods,
