This role will sit at the intersection of Finance and Systems, owning the Adaptive platform while partnering closely with FP&A, Accounting, and senior leadership to support planning, forecasting, and group-level reporting.Role InformationRole Type: PermStart Date: ImmediateSalary: $110k CADLocation/Language: CanadaTasksOwn day-to-day administration and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning (model maintenance, access, integrations, enhancements)Support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningLead and enhance financial consolidations across multiple entities (intercompany eliminations, currency translation, etc.)Build and maintain complex financial models, sheets,
and dashboards within AdaptivePartner with Finance and Accounting teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiencySupport month-end and quarter-end close processes from a systems and reporting perspectiveTroubleshoot system issues and act as the SME for Adaptive PlanningCollaborate with external implementation partners where neededEssential Skills/Experience4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Systems, or related fieldStrong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building + admin)Solid experience with financial consolidations in a multi-entity environmentStrong understanding of core FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)Experience working with Finance stakeholders and translating business requirements into system solutionsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with integrations is a plusExcellent communication skills (ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment)Team
