Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will lead site supervisors, project administrators, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional who can operate in a high‑accountability environment while managing risk, supporting estimating efforts, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionPlan, schedule, and manage projects from award through completionProvide complete project information packages to site teams prior to mobilizationCoordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsSupport estimating efforts and participate in bid preparationFinancial & Cost ControlManage project budgets, forecasting, and monthly cost reviewsOversee change orders and ensure financial performance targets are metMaintain strong cost control from bid stage through project completionRisk, Safety & ComplianceProactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risksEnforce company health and safety policies and proceduresPromote a robust safety culture and support continuous improvement initiativesLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, coach, and manage site supervisors and project administratorsCommunicate effectively with clients, consultants,
