You will own the digital surface area for three brands (LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps). The role is a senior IC on a fast‑moving demand generation team.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid media strategy and execution : channel mix, budget allocation, and creative direction in partnership with Demand Gen Managers; hands‑on execution across Google, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn; weekly forecasting against CAC and demos‑booked targets; performance analysis and channel‑mix recommendations; leverage native AI in ad platforms.Reporting and forecasting :



build and maintain forecasting models that drive paid media planning; weekly and monthly reporting on paid media, AEO/SEO, CRO, and website performance; variance analysisand diagnosis; partner with Marketing Operations on attribution and pipeline reporting; translate performance data into clear recommendations.SEO/AEO partnership and website performance : technical SEO and AEO end‑to‑end – Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, site architecture; manage website page templates, UX, conversion paths, and platform decisions; collaborate with Content Marketing on keyword strategy and topical authority.CRO program : run the CRO experiment program; design experiments, sethypotheses with Demand Gen Managers, and declare winners; build the test backlog from performance reads.Landing page infrastructure : maintain the landing page template library across HubSpot and WordPress; configure routingrulesfor platform usage; enable self‑servefor Demand Gen Managers running Tier 2/3 campaigns.AccountabilityPaid media CAC – hit CAC targets per product across all three brands, surface variance, diagnose, and make calls on shifts.Self‑serve enablement health – keep the landing page library current, cover both platforms, and allow Demand Gen Managers to ship Tier 2/3 landing pages without queuing.Secondary responsibilities – technical SEO health (site performance, indexation), CRO test cadence and lift, and paid media demos‑booked targets.Qualifications & Experience6–8+ years in digital marketing, with senior‑level scope across SEO, paid media, website, and CRO in B2B SaaS.Track record of running paid media programs at meaningful scale, including direct ownership of strategy and budget.Strong forecasting and modeling skills – build models, defend assumptions, discuss lessons from forecast deviations.Fluent with marketing data – GA4, ad platform reporting, attribution, conversion analysis; identify trackingissues, seasonality artifacts, and channel softening.Real CRO experience – designed experiments, called winners, explained tests that didn’t work.Comfortable with technical SEO – worked with developers on schema, site speed, and architecture.How You OperateGo deep on platforms; develop intuitionfor Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, HubSpot,
