Our client is looking for candidates who are willing to learn, work well in a team and independently, and are always up for a challenge!

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor press line machinery according to job specifications
Perform quality checks and inspections in a timely manner
Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and report mechanical issues promptly
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area in compliance with site safety standards
Communicate effectively with the team and quality control on any line issues
Other duties as assigned

Machine Operator Requirements:

Previous Manufacturing experience is an asset.
Must have access to your own vehicle
Strong communication skills; able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment




Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a hot/warm production environment

Employment Details:
Pay: $23.50/hour + multiple shift premiums and OT after 40hrs
Schedule: Orientation, 12-hr Continental Schedule (rotations)
Location: Elora, ON
