WSP is seeking an experienced Field Engineer with at least 7 years in industrial construction, particularly in mining or mineral processing. You'll support a major gold processing facility by coordinating activities, monitoring safety and quality standards, and ensuring optimal project delivery. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate engineering and construction activities for project success • Provide technical guidance by interpreting design documentation • Monitor field execution against approved project requirements • Support installation of mechanical and civil components • Resolve RFIs and technical challenges efficiently

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred • Minimum 7 years of field engineering experience • Experience in mining or gold processing projects • Robust understanding of construction practices and codes • Ability to work in remote locations on a rotational schedule
