ResponsibilitiesSupport with the administration of a wide variety of employee benefits programs, including Health, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, AD&D, and Retirement Savings.Complete benefits tasks in HRIS (Workday), including enrollments, terminations, and life events, as well as benefits processes for employees not yet in Workday, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing clear guidance and resolution.Review and resolve weekly vendor integration reports and errors – escalate complex system or integration issues to the Workday team as needed.Coordinate benefits vendor billing, reconcile invoices, report to providers, and collaborate with payroll/finance teams as required.Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives to streamline, standardize, and improve benefits processes, enhance employee experience, and drive efficiencies.Support the development of employee advantages training and communication materials.Assist the team to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, employment standards, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.QualificationsYou have an undergraduate degree or diploma, preferably in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent experience.2–3 years of Human Resources experience,
primarily in benefits administration.You have strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.You possess a positive, solution‑oriented, and customer‑focused attitude.You handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.You have experience with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred), intermediate Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.Experience with U.S. and European benefits and retirement savings programs, in both unionized and non‑unionized environments is considered an asset.The salary range for this job is: $65,000–$70,000.We are an equal opportunity employer.
