The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and accurate documentation to ensure vehicles are fully operational and ready for service at the start of the day. Success in this position requires strong hands‑on mechanical expertise, the ability to work safely with minimal supervision in a rapid‑paced environment, and clear communication regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues across a variety of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specificationsPerform routine maintenance and complex repairs on brakes, engines, suspensions, and electrical systemsConduct thorough vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and identify potential issues earlyUse diagnostic equipment, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately troubleshoot and complete repairsSafely and effectively operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipmentAccurately document work performed, parts used, and report any critical findingsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety standardsWork independently while adhering to company procedures and quality standardsCommunicate clearly with team members and, when required,
