We operate with a metrics-driven approach focused on quality, productivity, and warranty reduction.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Automotive Polisher responsible for final-stage paint refinement, with a strong focus on unmatched quality. This role plays a critical part in final quality control and team communication, ensuring vehicles meet delivery standards while minimizing rework.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform machine polishing, buffing, and finishing on repaired vehicles to OEM and internal quality standardsIdentify and correct warranty polishing issues (e.G., swirl marks, holograms, burn-through risks, dust nibs)Conduct thorough final inspections of paintwork prior to delivery, ensuring readiness for customer handoffCommunicate clearly with painters, estimators, and production team regarding defects, rework needs,
