The Calgary John Howard Society (CJHS) seeks a Caseworker for Berkana House, a women’s residential facility, to support residents’ integration and address risk factors. You will work with CJHS teams, the Calgary Parole Office and the community to provide case management, assessments, and action planning. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will participate in day-to-day duties, shift work, and on-call rotation while upholding trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally respectful practices.
