Your position involves assisting in the daily management of the Grooming Department under the Grooming Supervisor's guidance. You'll plan and oversee snowcat grooming, manage staff training, and ensure secure winter operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily grooming activities and staff oversight
• Schedule and manage snowcat operations efficiently




• Oversee snow removal for the resort’s access roads
• Monitor and report on equipment productivity
• Ensure safety compliance and operational quality
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in snowcat grooming or similar roles
• Heavy equipment operational experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• High School Diploma and First Aid a plus
