What you will be responsible for As Middle Office Associate II: Client Service New Business Gather legal documentation and follow onboarding controls to set up new business in core Caliber applications. Attention to detail is imperative. Liaising with PMO’s, clients, and Middle Office teams. Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis. Escalate client issues where necessary. Post live check out processing. Tax lot loading. Technical Maintain BAU trade capture mapping Monitor BAU ticketing queue Ensuring all trade capture mapping is maintained for straight-through processing for trade intake. CMS XML/Swift/Csv Maintain trade capture specifications in all formats. Communication Liaise with other departments in an effective manner. Provide/seek regular feedback to team leader.
